​Payment and cancellation Policy - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

• The photo-tour price is quoted in Euros.
• Pre-Payment (deposit) shall be made using the safe PayPal system.
• A deposit payment of 30% of the trip cost is required at the time of booking or no later than 30 days before departure date. Your place cannot be guaranteed or held unless the deposit is paid.
• Balance of payment is required at your arrival in Kathmandu. The final payment can be made in Euros or in US$ (at current rate against Euro) or in local currency at the current published rate.
• Contact us immediately if you need canceling our services. Upon receipt of your written advice, cancellation will take effect. A fee applies for a cancellation of your workshop determined by the date we receive written notification of the cancellation and the charges are as follows:
- More than 60 days before departure: 80% of deposit refunded less Paypal fees
- Between 60-30 days before departure: 50% of deposit refunded less Paypal fees
- Between 30 days and departure date: No refund of deposit less Paypal fees

We will not be responsible or compensate once you have joined the tour and had to leave in the middle of it be it on your own will or due to ill health or medical emergency. We will give you a covering letter to help your claim through your insurance company.

​Cancellation by us​

If the minimum numbers to operate the tour are not reached (3 persons) or events beyond our control occured, including weather condition, act of God or political situation, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop and advise you of this no later than 28 days before departure. We will fully refund all payments made to us but will not be liable for any claims made by you or for additional costs incurred by you. The website will be updated frequently to keep you inform of the booking status (Check the status on the top of this page).​
